DWI Charges Dismissed In Glen Burnie District Court

The firms client was pulled over for travelling 85 miles per hour in a posted 55 mile per hour zone.  The client submitted to field sobriety tests and was arrested.  The firm obtained the video of the traffic stop from the officers dashboard camera.  After reviewing the video, it was evident that there were discrepancies between what was on the video and what the officer claimed in his report.  As a result, all alcohol charges were dismissed.
